As the owner and a nurse practitioner at Silique Wellness, Deonna is passionate about meeting patients where they are and partnering with them to achieve their health goals. She believe in getting to the root of health concerns and working with patients to choose care paths that align with their values and preferences.

Deonna is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Lifestyle Medicine and holds a Master of Science in Nursing from South College. She is a proud alumna of Florida Gateway College, and serves on the Board for the Foundation of Florida Gateway College, and is an active member of Rotary. Her nursing career began in the NICU and Emergency Department, later transitioning to Home Health before returning to school to complete her master’s degree.

Outside of the clinic, Deonna has been married to her husband, Wade, for 20 years, and has three children. Her favorite child, Bentley—her golden doodle—can often be found at the office with her. She loves spending time outdoors, gardening, or practicing yoga and Pilates. She is grateful to lead a team that prioritizes personalized, patient-centered care.

As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Elaina provides thoughtful, evidence-based care with a strong focus on supporting patients through complex and chronic health conditions. She is especially skilled in caring for patients with cardiovascular and endocrine concerns, approaching each case with both precision and compassion.

Elaina’s clinical background spans family medicine, internal medicine, and critical care. She has extensive experience managing conditions such as diabetes, heart failure, hypertension, thyroid disorders, and chronic kidney disease. Her professional experience also includes involvement in clinical research, reinforcing her commitment to delivering high-quality, up-to-date medical care.

Outside of the clinic, Elaina enjoys spending time with her family, including her four children, and caring for their lively household of three horses, two donkeys, and a dog. This grounded, family-centered lifestyle reflects the same warmth and attentiveness she brings to her patients every day.

LPN

Kristen is a nurse at Silique Wellness who assists with exams, treatments, and ongoing patient communication, helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their care.

She earned her LPN license in 2018 and has grown in her role by working closely with patients and providers in a hands-on clinical setting.

Kristen’s connection to healthcare is deeply personal — her husband was one of the driving forces behind the creation of Silique Wellness. Experiencing healthcare from both the patient and provider perspectives has given her a deeper understanding of patient needs and a stronger connection to the care she provides. She is proud to be part of a team that truly puts patients first.

Kim is the administrative backbone of Silique Wellness, managing billing, scheduling, and day-to-day office operations to ensure everything runs smoothly for both patients and providers. She enjoys creating structure and organization so the clinic functions efficiently and seamlessly.

Kim brings 17 years of experience in management, finance, and childcare, along with a certificate in phlebotomy. She is highly task-oriented and takes pride in keeping processes organized and on track.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys working out and spending time with her family. She is proud to support a team that prioritizes patient care and creates a welcoming, well-run environment for everyone who walks through the doors.
