This Privacy Policy explains how Silique Companies LLC (“Silique,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit siliquewellness.com, contact us, or take part in our text message program. This policy covers our website and our marketing communications. Protected health information created or held as part of your care is governed by HIPAA, not by this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, employer or business name when you ask about a corporate partnership, and anything you type into a form or message.
- Consent records: if you check a box to receive text messages, we store that choice along with the date and time it was made.
- Automatically collected information: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and referring site, collected through cookies and analytics.
Please do not include medical details, symptoms or health history in a website form or a text message. Use a phone call or your patient portal for anything clinical.
2. How we use information
- To answer your question, return your call, or schedule a visit.
- To follow up by text on an inquiry you sent us.
- To send promotional messages about services and memberships, when you have given consent.
- To improve our website and understand which pages and campaigns are useful.
- To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
3. Text messaging (SMS) program
By checking a consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive transactional or promotional text messages from Silique Companies LLC at the number you provide. Consent is never a condition of receiving care or of purchasing anything.

4. We do not share your phone number or SMS consent
Phone numbers and SMS consent data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with the service providers that help us operate the messaging program, such as our customer relationship platform and our messaging carrier, and only so that they can deliver the messages you asked for. Those providers may not use the information for their own marketing. SMS opt-in data and phone numbers are excluded from any sharing described elsewhere in this policy.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
5. Cookies and tracking
Our website uses essential cookies that make the site work, and analytics cookies such as Google Analytics that tell us how the site is used. We also use advertising tools, including the Meta pixel, to measure the performance of our campaigns. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking essential cookies may break parts of the site.
6. How we protect information
Our website is served over an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS). Access to contact and consent records is limited to staff and vendors who need it, and those records are held in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
- Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe, or ask us to remove you.
- Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Ask us to correct or update your contact information.
- Ask what contact information we hold about you, and ask us to delete it, subject to the records we are required to keep.

8. Children
