These Terms of Service govern your use of siliquewellness.com and our text message program, both operated by Silique Companies LLC, 2218 W US Hwy 90, Suite 102, Lake City, FL 32055. By using the site or joining our text program, you agree to these terms.
1. Our text message program
Silique Companies LLC sends two kinds of text messages, transactional and promotional, and you choose which you want when you fill out a form:
- Transactional messages: follow-up messages about an inquiry you sent us, including replies to your questions.
- Promotional messages: occasional marketing about memberships, services and events.
You opt in by checking a box on a form on our website or on one of our advertising forms. Neither box is checked for you, and neither is required to submit the form. Consent is never a condition of receiving care or of any purchase.
2. How to opt out
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Texting STOP to any message from us stops all texts. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that.
3. How to rejoin
If you change your mind, reply START to resume messages, or ask us at your next visit and we will re-enroll you.

5. Message frequency and cost
Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier, not Silique Companies LLC, is responsible for any charges on your plan. Check with your carrier if you are unsure what your plan includes.
6. Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, your device and network conditions, and we cannot guarantee that every message arrives. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS and others.
7. Age requirement
Our services and our text message program are for people 18 and older. By opting in you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are the parent or guardian consenting on behalf of a patient in your care.
8. Not for emergencies or clinical advice
Text messages are not monitored around the clock. Do not use text messages for medical emergencies or urgent clinical questions. If you have a medical emergency, call 911. Nothing on this website or in a text message is medical advice or creates a provider and patient relationship.
9. Use of this website
The content on this site is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or current. Prices, services and availability can change. All site content, logos and brand names are the property of Silique Companies LLC and may not be copied without permission.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site or the text program means you accept the current version.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
